Curious Cubs (2-3 Years)

Our Curious Cubs are full of wonder and energy! This is a time of discovery, as toddlers explore their world and begin to express themselves more clearly.
Through play-based, child-led learning, we help toddlers develop independence, imagination, and early social skills. Our educators gently guide them to:
- Build relationships through group play, turn-taking, and sharing moments of joy.
- Express big feelings with support—naming emotions and learning to self-regulate in a safe space.
- Use their hands and minds in creative play, painting, building, and sensory exploration.
- Ask questions and make choices — encouraging inquiry and autonomy.
We value toddlers as capable, competent learners and embrace the EYLF’s focus on Being – celebrating who they are in the here and now.
